How can I prevent Mobile Fence from being disabled?
To prevent Mobile Fence from being deleted or stopped, the following settings must be configured on the child's device.
1. Enable 'Block Settings' Rule
If access to settings is open, the child can stop the Mobile Fence service or revoke necessary permissions at any time; therefore, you must block access to the settings menu.
If 'Block Settings' is not enabled, issues such as "usage statistics time error, abnormal monitoring, location tracking failure, excessive usage beyond allowed time, or app deletion" may occur, requiring the app to be reinstalled to restore permissions.

2. Block Safe Mode
Safe Mode is a diagnostic state where the device runs only with the factory default apps, designed to resolve issues caused by user-installed apps. Generally, it is accessed by holding the Volume Down (-) button during device boot. Since the Mobile Fence app does not function in Safe Mode, children can exploit this to delete Mobile Fence or disable essential permissions.
A feature to block entry into Safe Mode is provided. The setup method is as follows. This feature is only supported on Samsung and LG devices.
2) Device Settings → MDM Agent → Click 'Turn On'
3) Block Safe Mode → Click 'Turn On'
1) Launch the Mobile Fence app on the child's device → Click 'Parent Mode' button → Log in

2) Device Settings → MDM Agent → Click 'Turn On'
3) Block Safe Mode → Click 'Turn On'
For LG devices, an add-on installation is required when clicking the MDM agent. Please refer here for installation instructions.
3. Block Factory Reset (Optional)
A Factory Reset is like formatting a computer; it deletes all apps on the device and restores it to its factory state. Some children even perform this reset to delete the Mobile Fence app. The "Block Factory Reset" feature prevents the device from being reset.
The setup method is as follows:
1) Launch the Mobile Fence app on the child's device → Click 'Parent Mode' button → Log in
2) Device Settings → Block Factory Reset → Turn On

This feature is extremely powerful. If you forget your device password (PIN/pattern), even the manufacturer's service center will be unable to unlock the device. In such cases, the device's motherboard would need to be replaced. Since it is not too late to enable this after realizing your child is attempting to disable Mobile Fence through a factory reset, please consider this decision carefully.
4. RAM Management Exclusion (Optional)
Mobile Fence is designed to remain running even during RAM optimization. However, if your child's activity is not being monitored properly, add an exception to ensure the device's RAM management feature does not forcibly close the Mobile Fence app.
