How to install the LG MDM agent

This is how to activate the MDM agent on LG devices. You must download and install the relevant APK file from the Chrome browser. Please refer to the screens below for detailed instructions.

 

1. Click "Turn on MDM Agent"

 

2. Chrome app launches and attempts to download the APK

If this screen does not appear and it is blocked,
modify the child's browser blocking or website blocking rules.
(Refer to the help section at the bottom)

 

3. Download complete

 

4. Installation

 

5. Register Add-on Device Administrator

 

6. Complete

MDM is now successfully turned on

 

The APK cannot be downloaded if the "Block All Websites" feature is turned on. Please disable this feature temporarily and proceed.

[Rule Settings → Web → Block All Websites → Disable]
